TSF aspires to unite Iranians worldwide through education and connecting a network of activists via our platform to promote secular democracy, social justice and equality in Iran to make a lasting impact. 

The Strategy Foundation (TSF) formerly known as Toomaj Salehi Foundation - inspired by Toomaj Salehi - has been in operation since March 2023. We are fully registered as a legal entity with the Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) EIN 92-3540108 organization.

TSF is established in state of Maryland (Washington DC) area; however, we collaborate on a global basis to promote secular democracy for Iran.

Statement by The Strategy Foundation in reference to an article published by the Islamic Republic Regime (Pars News Affiliated with Sepah/IRGC) and their associates abroad

Toomaj Salehi Foundation was established in March 2023, inspired by Toomaj Salehi’s courage, critical thinking, and his artistic talent in telling the stories of Iran. The foundation has no ties to Toomaj Salehi or his family.

From its inception, the foundation focused on raising awareness about Toomaj’s arrest and the unjust death sentence he received. Following the reversal of his death sentence, the foundation changed its name to The Strategy Foundation to prevent any potential grounds for further accusations against Toomaj Salehi.

This non-profit organization operates as an independent entity is made up of volunteers with professional careers who love Iran and Iranians with the sole purpose of educating our fellow Iranians, and strengthening our network and empowering our civil societies. Since March 2023,  has received under $7,500 in total financial contributions all donated by friends and family of its members. No part of these funds has been provided by any government or government-affiliated institution. The Strategy Foundation is committed to full transparency in its finances, and these funds have been used exclusively for the following purposes:

1. Launching and maintaining the website and supporting TSF’s digital platforms

2. Organizing four town halls in Washington, D.C. to encourage democratic dialogue among diverse groups

3. Filming training sessions and town halls, and publishing a book

4. Covering legal fees associated with drafting and introducing the Toomaj Act in the United States Congress

No funds have been or will be transferred to Toomaj Salehi, his family, or any individual member of the foundation.

  بنياد توماج صالحى در ماه مارس ٢٠٢٣ و با الهام گرفتن از شجاعت و خط فكرى  (مردم دوستی ووطن پرستی) توماج صالحى و فقط به دليل علاقه مندى بنيانگذاران آن مجموعه به توانايى هاى هنرى و خلاقيتِ توماج صالحى تاسيس شد و هيچ گونه ارتباطى با شخص توماج صالحى و خانواده او ندارد. اين بنياد براى اينكه افكار عمومى را نسبت به بازداشت و حكم ناعادلانه اعدام توماج جلب كند، فعاليت خود را در اين راستا ادامه داد و پس از لغو حكم اعدامِ او، نام خود را به "بنياد استراتژى" تغيير داده است كه هيچ گونه مستمسكى براى متهم كردن دوباره توماج صالحى نشود.

اين بنياد سازمانى غير انتفاعى است و در آمريكا به ثبت رسيده است؛ متشکل از افرادى داوطلب است كه با هدف آموزش و توانمندسازی جامعه مدنی و ترویج عملى دموکراسی در حمایت از جنبش زن زندگى آزادى گردهم آمدند.

تمام کمک‌های مالى اهدا شده از مارس ٢٠٢٣ تا كنون به بنیاد کمتر از 7500 دلار است و از طریق دوستان و خانواده اعضا اهدا شده و از هيچ سازمان دولتى يا وابسته به دولت مبلغى دريافت نشده، اين مبالغ برای موارد زير به كار رفته و بنياد با شفافيت كامل اين مدارك مالى را محفوظ نگه ميدارد:

١-راه اندازى وبسايت و حمايت از پلتفرم‌های ديجيتال

٢- برگزارى چهار نشست در واشنگتن به منظور تمرين دموكراسى بين گروههاى مختلف. 

٣- فيلمبردارى از جلسات آموزشى و چاپ كتاب

٤- هزينه حقوقى لايحه توماج در آمريكا

هیچ یک از این وجوه به توماج صالحی، خانواده وی و هیچ یک از اعضای بنیاد واریز نشده و نخواهد شد.

در آخر، لازم ميدانيم اعلام كنيم يكى از مهمترين پروژه هايى كه اين بنياد كار كرده است پروژه اى تحقيقاتى است به نام پروژه ٤٤ در خصوص "اپوزيسيون جمهورى اسلامى" كه در یوتیوب و اینستاگرام منتشر شده است و ميتوانيد براى كسب اطلاعات بيشتر به صفحه اينستاگرام و يا وب سايت ما با مشخصات زير مراجعه كنيد: (The_Strategy_Foundation or www.tsf.network)
